The BC Patcher has a fully equipped belt conveyor that moves asphalt out of the container for continuous operation. It can be mounted on any chassis. Each unit is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and designed so that just one person can tackle patching jobs with just one machine. PB Patchers can also be used to repair road shoulders and utility cuts, as well as spread salt, sand, and chippings.

Each unit is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and designed so that just one person can tackle patching jobs with just one machine. PB Patchers can also be used to repair road shoulders and utility cuts, as well as spread salt, sand, and chippings.

There are several advantages to the dual auger system over the single auger. With side-by-side dual augers rotating into each other, it eliminates the bridging effect that is seen with single auger systems. This makes the anti-bridging device (or agitator) unneeded; reducing the hassle to operator and making the unit much safer to enter if the inside needs any maintenance. Other benefits include much greater discharge capacity, allowing the unit to be emptied twice as fast for filling exceptionally large patches versus a single auger system. Because each auger has its own drive motor, the system has twice the torque and power to break up and deliver stiff loads. Each motor, drive shaft and auger experience less stress because the workload is divided between the two; the components have a much longer life span.

The most compact units currently available on the market, the B-1.5 and B-1.8 are designed for a lean 19,500 lb. (GVW) chassis. While still maintaining a potential asphalt payload of up to three tons, these mini patchers boast many of the same features of much larger models.

Turn your hook lifting equipment into an asphalt patcher. Our models are completely equipped and allow for simple one-person, in-cab operation. Easy to load on and easy to load off. The Tilt-Cab Chassis Truck Mounted Loader is designed with a shoveling apron for asphalt, sand or other materials, an emulsion system, and a specialized dump body.

The Conventional Frame Truck Mounted Loader is designed with rigid construction, a full width bucket that clears path, and provides full access with loader up and down.

The pump type sprayer includes everything you need for tack coating. It holds 132 gallons of emulsion and 21 gallons of solvent. Also includes spray system and built-in 110 VAC electric heater to keep emulsion hot overnight.

The compressed air type sprayer comes in a range of sizes: 35, 60, 130 and 200 gallon. It can be equipped with an optional solvent tank and overnight heat system.
