Rausch USA

Rausch USA

For over 30 years, Rausch has been a leading manufacturer of innovative and top-quality Pipe Inspection Equipment with satisfied customers all over the world. Our company’s roots lie in Germany, where we began designing what was then called the “sewer eye.” Over the years, we’ve developed our products and expanded our business throughout the world, finally opening Rausch Electronics USA here in America.

Rausch Electronics USA began as a US corporation in March of 2004. Our high-tech products have rapidly gained the attention and have earned the approval of the American water and waste water industry. According to our customers, our modular lateral launch system and the laser pipe profiler are setting the standard in the market. In 2012, we moved our Service Center to a new building to accommodate increasing demand, and in 2014 we again expanded, this time into the second half of our warehouse building.

LATERAL LAUNCH AND LASER CRACK MEASUREMENT

Application range 6 to 48 pipe diameter. The Rausch Lateral Launch System, the M 135, launches a small pan & tilt camera, the KS 60 CL, into laterals from the mainline. It is a module for the L 135 tractor / crawler. Can be sold either as a standalone lateral launch system or as a module upgrade to a mainline TV Inspection, QuickLock Point Repair or Laser Profiling System. Application range from 6 to 48 mainline pipe diameter.

MAINLINE INSPECTION SYSTEM

Application Range from 4″ up to 120″ Pipe Diameter
The Rausch USA pipe inspection CCTV camera system consists of the steerable four-wheel drive L 135 Tractor with an electrical lift and the pan & tilt KS 135 camera. The rugged system is built to inspect sewer, water and storm drain pipes from 4 up to 120 pipe diameter.

KS 60 CL

Pluggable Pan and Tilt Camera
The KS 60 CL is the standard camera for all Rausch USA-satellite systems for the inspection of laterals. Irrespective, whether used in manual pushing mode with a portable hasp, connected to the crawler L 100 Cross or in combination with the M-series, the wireless plug connection stands for fast and easy change between the systems. Whichever application is considered, the camera will guarantee an excellent view with its Power LED illumination, as well as a permanent upright picture. For the inspection of branched sewerage systems, the KS 60 CL can be equipped with an additional PIN. By using this PIN the KS 60 will inspect any pipe system as a steerable camera.
