Cable Reels The KW 207 reel was designed to be compact, powerful and easy to maintain. This design is based on decades of manufacturing expertise and real world project requirements. This drum includes an automatic level wind, powerful retrieval motor, rear tractor/winch controls and an emergency stop switch.

KW 307

Cable Reels The KW 307 is the sibling of the KW 207 compact cable reel. Sharing the same core features, the KW 307 is larger to accommodate up to 1000′ linear feet of cable. Whether mounted in a vehicle, ATV, or trailer, this drum is a compact, economical option for most mainline inspections that are compatible with the BP 3 Controller.

KW 305/310

Cable Reels The KW 305/310 is our most popular reel for use in mainline and lateral launch inspections. Features include: adjustable boom and optional work light, integrated power winch for lowering and retrieving equipment, automatic level-wind, fully synchronized cable management, a remote control pendant for tractor and lateral launch functions, and the 310 supports Fiber Optic cables for digital HD video resolution. Capacity is up to 1000 feet (300m) of high-strength cable.

KW 505

Cable Reels The KW505 has all the same great features of the KW 305 and accepts up to 2000 feet (600m) of high-strength fiber-optic cable or standard high-strength cable. The KW 505 allows longer distance inspections and has the capability of transmitting the data from PANORAMO® 360º Pipeline Scanners as well as any of our digital HD resolution camera heads.

Mounted Systems The LISY 4.2 is IBAK’s advanced lateral launch system. This impressive inspection system can launch from 6” to 78” mainlines into laterals 2” and up. With shorter front connector options, continuous camera rotation, and smaller launch cameras, it makes more demanding projects like reverse launching a breeze. The LISY’s articulating arm rotates and tilts with precision, ensuring accurate camera placement and quick launching. Located on the articulating arm is the LISYCam Control Camera, which allows operators to view the position of their launch camera for a seamless lateral inspection. With a completely revamped drive system, the LISY 4.2 is equipped with a larger drive motor and more efficient wheel pressure to increase launch speed by up to 4x faster than any other lateral launcher on the market. For portable applications, you can place the unit in the MainLite® Portable Cart, which provides a cushioned seat and an ergonomic mount for the BP 3 Controller.
