About Us

Municipal Maintenance Equipment

Municipal Maintenance Equipment Inc. is a proven dealer for a wide variety of municipal and infrastructure products. Our focus areas include sewer and street maintenance, roadside mowing, refuse collection and shop equipment. We pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of technology and we only represent the best manufacturers!

We support our massive fleet of customer equipment with 20 factory trained service technicians that work out of 4 locations in the state of California and Nevada. We currently maintain over 3 million dollars in parts inventory, supported by a staff of 6 parts professionals and we have 8 technically trained outside sales professionals that are ready to assist you no matter how small the job. “Customer satisfaction is our goal” and we strive to prove this motto in every situation.

At MME we believe that anyone can sell a single piece of equipment but it takes a strong team to sell a second piece of equipment. We believe in focusing on the needs of the customer including: friendly and knowledgeable customer service, on time and accurate parts supply, free factory sponsored training, on site demonstrations and competitive prices. We are committed to providing a positive customer experience!

Our History

Jan 1992

MME opened to the public in Sacramento, CA operating from a one bay shop with 3 initial employees.

Oct 1992

MME became the exclusive distributor for Vac-Con in the state of California. Launching the company to the forefront of the sewer maintenance industry on the West Coast.

March 1997

MME opened its second brick and mortar location in Anaheim, CA to better serve the Southern California Market.

Sept 2017

Moved to expanded Corporate Headquarters. “We’ve MOVED…” MME’s corporate headquarters grew its Sacramento footprint by 500% and added (5) additional service bays. The new location would be the catalyst for 85% growth over the next 5 years.

April 2020

“We’ve MOVED” take 2… MME’s Bay Area Service Center expanded by 300% opening a new location in Hayward, CA to get more trucks under roof and satisfy more long time customers.

June 2022

MME officially joined the refuse industry adding Labrie Environmental to the company’s product offering in the Southern California Market, and Petersen Industries for the entire states of California & Nevada.

Dec 2022

Southern California Location Triples in size and moves into Los Angeles County. Growing from humble beginnings and 7,500 square feet to a new 20,000+ square feet facility with functional yard space and expanded service bays to serve our customers’ needs.
