With its short wheelbase, high maneuverability, and full-size sweeper performance, the A4 Storm is uniquely positioned to excel at construction site cleanup where space is limited. The enhanced A4 Storm has a large, full-size, high-performance sweeping head and fan system and features large, corrosion-resistant polymer toolboxes. Its standard water system of 130 gallons can be supplemented with an optional additional 66-gallon tank, taking the unit’s capacity to 196 gallons.

The Schwarze® A7 Tornado™ is a heavy-duty, chassis mounted, regenerative air street sweeper with an 8.4 cubic yard hopper. The A7 Tornado™ has over 20 years of successful operation throughout theUnited States and around the world. The A7 Tornado is the most popular street sweeper in the Schwarze lineup. With its standard high flow saw tooth screens, high efficiency whisper wheel blower and proven blast orifice pickup head, the Schwarze A7 tornado is the standard of the sweeping industry. The Schwarze A7 Tornado can perform most typical sweeping at a quiet and fuel miserly engine speed of 1400 engine rpm allowing for low operational costs. The Schwarze exclusive selectable “sweeps in reverse” feature allows unparalleled ability to clean all surfaces.

FOD or foreign object debris can wreak havoc on aircraft and has been shown to cost the industry more than $10 Billion in damage, delays and disgruntled customers. Sweeping has been shown to be one of the best management practices to reduce FOD from runways and tarmac areas and nothing does this better than the Schwarze Model A7 Zephyr high speed runway sweeper. The A7 Zephyr was designed to meet the rigorous demand standards of theDepartment of Defense high speed sweeping requirements for quickly and effectively removing FOD. The A7 Zephyr incorporates three distinct FAA approved methods for FOD removal in one packaged unit: 1) vacuum and brush removal of debris 2) powerful truck mounted magnet to collect ferrous material and 3) high velocity blast air to push material from surface.

The Schwarze A8 Twister offers a generous 6-cubic yard, fully stainless-steel hopper, and full range dump heights from 2’ to 12’. The new dump system utilizes the proven Schwarze scissors lift that has been used for many years on the M6 Avalanche. The A8 Twister has the capability of low dumping without any stabilizer deployment. This means that the new A8 Twister, with its 6-yard capacity, can carry and offload just as fast as some popular low dump regenerative air models. The new A8 Twister is like having two machines in one.

The Schwarze® A9 Monsoon™ is a heavy-duty, chassis mounted, regenerative air street sweeper with a 9.6 cubic yard hopper. The A9 Monsoon™ has the largest standard hopper in the industry.Larger capacity means more sweeping and less dumping. The A9 Monsoon’s capacity has made it a favorite in regions where leaf sweeping isn’t just a task, it’s a way of life. To work in concert with the large hopper, the A9 Monsoon also features the largest dump door in its class, allowing a full packed hopper to empty with ease. like other Schwarze’s sweepers, large flow area saw tooth drop-down screens allow debris capacity all the way to the screens without plugging. The A9 Monsoon™ is a heavy-duty workhorse that will provide a high-quality option with a low cost of ownership.

Many features of our popular M6 in a smaller, non-CDL. As the little brother to our popular M6 Avalanche, the new M4 Cascade was designed based on VOC from contractors and municipalities who needed a mechanical sweeper that can be operated without a CDL. However, we only scaled down the size, not the performance.

The versatile Schwarze M6 Avalanche™ sweepers offer many of the design innovations that have become the Schwarze® hallmark. The Schwarze® Easy Change Conveyor System makes it a breeze to repair or replace a conveyor. Or go from a squeegee type to a belt type conveyor on the same machine. The free float, impact resistant, drag shoes take lateral impact from milling cuts, manhole covers and curbs and flexes back into place.

When Schwarze decided to enter the highly competitive pure vacuum sweeper market, they did not want to be yet another manufacturer to provide yet another traditional pure vacuum sweeper. So Schwarze set out to change the pure vacuum sweeping technology to keep the desirable vacuum sweeper features such as the ability to remove fines from gutters and previous pavement while overcoming some of the typical pure vacuum sweeper drawbacks such as noise, dust emissions and poor transfer broom performance. To eliminate these drawbacks Schwarze addressed some key functions in several areas with exciting new technologies. Noise is reduced by traditional absorption methods and a unique tortuous path sound attenuator. The Schwarze HyperVAC utilizes multiple fugitive dust control strategies, including water, debris deceleration through deflection, cyclonic separation, and finally the tortuous path fan noise attenuator is also a dust separator that empties when the hopper is dumped. The most radical departure from the traditional vacuum sweeper is the PatentPending Schwarze Vertical digger broom transfer array.

The Schwarze SuperVac Gale Force, mounted on a gas or diesel powered cab over chassis, has a durable, fully welded stainless steel hopper that is high corrosion & abrasion resistance with increased structural strength. The Gale Force has all LED safety lighting, stainless steel hopper, external stainless steel inspection door latches, hydraulic lift dump door, and a large hopper clean out door. Superior sweeping performance is provided by a 74-HP diesel auxiliary engine, the industry leading Schwarze WhisperWheel Fan Technology, and optional dual gutter brooms.

The Schwarze SuperVac Gale Force, mounted on a gas-powered cab over chassis, has a durable fully welded stainless or mild steel hopper that is high corrosion & abrasion resistance with increased structural strength. The Vortex has all LED safety lighting, external stainless steel inspection door latches, hydraulic lift dump door, and a large hopper clean out door.Superior sweeping performance is provided by a 28-HP gasoline auxiliary engine, the industry leading Schwarze WhisperWheel Fan Technology, and optional dual gutter brooms.

The Super Updraft expands on the already popular Updraft with an additional cubic yard of hopper capacity, while keeping a low height of 6’10” and weight below the chassis’ GVW rating when full. The design includes several new features including larger dual storage lockers and a choice of one of three auxiliary engine options on a Three-Quarter Ton V8 chassis.The Super Updraft fulfills the needs of the customers that require more capacity in a low profile package. The low profile is ideal for parking garages and areas where height is a concern.

The Schwarze SuperVac Updraft, mounted on a choice of three fuel-efficient V6 chassis, has a durable fully welded stainless-steel hopper that is high corrosion & abrasion resistance with increased structural strength. The Updraft has all LED safety lighting, external stainless steel inspection door latches and easy open lever to open the dump door from ground level. It also received a sophisticated water-cooled electronic fuel injection 31 HP auxiliary engine, the industry leading Schwarze WhisperWheel Fan Technology, and optional gutter broom or curb blower.

For parking facilities & garages, Schwarze offers several low-profile sweepers capable of both confined and outdoor sweeping. The SuperVac Updraft™ is a truck mounted 2 cubic yard capacity sweeper capable of dumping into a standard dumpster. The SuperVac Aero™ is a self-contained slide-in sweeper designed to quickly (ten minutes) mount and dismount onto a standard ½ ton pickup allowing multipurpose utilization of the vehicle. Either model can reduce the time required to sweep a parking deck by up to ten times that of traditional rider type sweepers.
